Notes on Using This Tool:
- City names are truncated at 16 characters by the source of my data
- Neighborhood search is in beta. The data may not be great.
- Any city or neighborhood with over 10 duplicates is automatically not included by itself.
- While I would love to have this thing do all the work for you, you still have to double check things.
- I have included an option to exclude an entire city.
